CHAIRMAN
Heath has 35 years experience in the cladding industry, including four years as a Sheet-Metal worker, five years as a QA manager, and a further five years as a Commercial and Technical Manager. This experience inspired Heath to establish PSP in 1998. Heath holds a BSc with Honours in Management as well as professional qualifications in Operation Management and Financial Management.

Jason Davidson
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Jason has over 30 years experience in the Construction industry with a background in external and internal steel glazing systems, which includes fire resistance and security. Starting in the drawing office as an 18 year old, Jason over the years progressed into sales, then into technical and thoroughly enjoys helping Architects and Contractors fulfil their building design, whether that be via specifications, bespoke solutions or product development.

Richard started at PSP in November 2015 as Production Manager and has over 20 years experience within the facade industry starting out as a Fabricator in 1996 when he was only 16 – Richard then progressed to Project Management and finally into Production Management in which he works today.

Mark has over 30 years of experience across all aspects of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality activities in Construction, Fabrication & Manufacturing. With a proven track record within the field of SHEQ Management Mark has previously achieved certification with Achilles, CHaS, BOTH ISO9001:2015 Quality Management & 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard as well as recently CE Marking BSEN1090 by 1st July 2014. Also responsible for managing and maintaining BOTH FORS Silver & Bronze CLOCS Transport Certification & PAS 24 Fenestration Certification for BM Trada. Mark was brought into PSP to enhance the importance that is already placed upon SHEQ within our business.

Don Madge
PSP ALUMINIUM ESTIMATING MANAGER
Don is the Estimating Manager for the Glazing Facade section of PSP and is responsible for general day to day tasks to review tender documentation to evaluate project specific requirements, allocate workload to estimating staff, review quotations prior to final issue to client and to attend post tender client meetings to discuss/review quotation/project. Don’s team process orders received through to fabrication department including project handover meetings. PSP are very keen on staff development and encourage the improvement of core skills via either in house training or via various out sourcing providers. As an ex AutoCAD professional trainer, Don also offers internal office CAD support to the PSP design team to help develop more effective solutions to the more repetitive tasks.
