PSP Architectural Systems:

Matrix SF

Matrix SF rainscreen system is available in a range of materials and special features include pressings and louvers which can be manufactured to match to the panels. Panels can be manufactured in lengths up to six meters.

Matrix SFC

Matrix SFC rainscreen system is made of pre-coated metal composite materials such as ACM, ZCM, CCM and is manufactured on our flatbed CNC machine offering high tolerances and sharp folds. Available in a range of finishes.

Matrix IP

Interlocking plank rainscreen system can be laid vertically or horizontally and are developed to provide a single skin panel at an economical price based on narrow face widths. Pressings and louvers can be the same material as the panels.


We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of integrated metal rainscreen facade systems that can be adapted to suit specific client needs to provide a visually stylish solution for almost any building type.

Fabrication Solutions

In addition to our standard fabrications, PSP specialise in the design, engineering and manufacture of bespoke fabrications in a range of materials such as steel, aluminium, cor-ten, copper, zinc, brass and many more. We have the ability to achieve exacting tolerances on custom made items such as steel support structures and curved profiles, and have previously orchestrated the manufacture of solid steel bars utilising a 5 axis CNC solution. As a company, we understand the relationship between aesthetics and the practicalities of site installation, material choice and the importance of joint selection in order to achieve successful completion of any bespoke feature or design.

Curtain Walling

Our curtain wall systems are designed and engineered to meet demands of architects and specifiers with design innovation, high quality and superior performance.


Our system development enables fast and efficient fabrication of front doors and entrance doors for luxury homes, commercial buildings and retail/leisure industries.


Our aluminium windows systems are inherently strong, lightweight and sustainable and can be finished in a variety of different PPC RAL colours to suit individual client needs.


Due to specialist machinery in our factory, PSP are capable of great precision and can manufacture bespoke systems meeting the clients exact requirements.




In response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the Government brought into force new Building Regulations on 21 December 2018 banning all combustible materials in external walls of new high-rise buildings over 18 metres for certain residential applications. There is currently a consultation underway to potentially reduce this.

Three years after the Grenfell Tower fire disaster there are still many high-risk residential buildings with some form of dangerous cladding. The Government has also revealed that local authorities are taking or have taken enforcement action against the owners of at least 30 buildings with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding.

The new Building Regulations state that all materials which become part of an external wall or specified attachment must achieve European Classification A2-s1, d0 or Class A1, classified in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 entitled ‘Fire classification of construction products and building elements.’ The British Standard classification is not included in the new regulation, and therefore terms such as ‘class 0’ and ‘limited combustibility’ will no longer be applicable to buildings which fall within the identified categories. 

Matrix SF, Matrix SFC and Matrix IP are CWCT tested systems that can be manufactured from numerous non-combustible materials and finishes including.

  • Composite materials classified A2 rated
  • Post powder coated classified A2 fire rated
  • Pre-coated classified as A1 or A2 fire rated
  • Anodised steel classified as non-combustible
