These Interlocking Plank panels are made up of an external skin from a thin gauged material such, COR-TEN® with a maximum thickness of 0.8mm or Aluminium and Zinc with a maximum thickness of 2mm.
The panels can be roll formed or CNC pressed.
Fast installation is achieved by stacking panels where they interlock and are fixed directly back to a secondary steel frame via PSP’s T rail secondary support system.
Special features, pressings and louvers can be manufactured from the same material ensuring it matches that of the panels.
Thermal movement is accommodated via slotted holes or floating clips.

Carrier System
The “T” Rail system is probably our most popular system.
Brackets are manufactured in house accommodating most cavity depths. The system is fitted vertically and best utilised where panels are horizontally laid however it can accommodate vertical.
